Product characteristics

PROFEED ACTIV is an acidifying agent in a liquid form, which decreases pH of ingesta and reduces the amount of pathogenic bacteria in the alimentary tract of animals. PROFEED ACTIV maintains acid-base balance and is responsible for water distribution, absorption, and diffusion. Propionic, formic, lactic, and citric acids naturally stimulate feed intake, improve digestibility of nutrients and lower the level of bacteria like Salmonella, Enterococcus sp., and E. coli. The acidifier is a crucial supplement during high temperatures as it improves the quality of water and prolongs its freshness.

•  to decrease pH of alimentary tract

• after antibiotic treatment

• to treat diarrhea and digestive issues

• during high temperatures

• during feed change and when decreased water intake is observed

Remember to dose it systematically!

Dosage

2 ml/ 1 liter of drinking water

Preventive treatment: 2-3 times a week

Postweaning period: 1-2 times a week

During hatching and moulting: 1-2 times a week

After antibiotic treatment also give probiotic!
